Finding your way living well with bipolar with Paris Scobie

Paris’s journey is astounding. Paris was first diagnosed with bipolar 1 disorder at 19 and hospitalized. She speaks candidly about the severe stigma she once associated with her diagnosis, the role trauma played, and her negative coping mechanisms as she struggled in her journey. Cut to now, Paris is a speaker, author and podcaster helping others live well bipolar. You'll want to listen in!

In the episode, Paris shares pivotal pieces in her therapy that helped her to live well with bipolar: healing her relationship with her mother, healing herself and having the support of her husband helping her to rewrite her narrative when it came to her mental illness journey.

My hope with this episode is to bring more awareness to mental health and bipolar and how you can live well too. And how TRULY VALUABLE it can be for you to share and tell your story. That is the biggest takeaway I want you to remember today.
